Treasurer's Functionality

Account Maintenance

• Account balances include interest as a user-defined date, as well as, the calculation of a per diem rate
• System is fully integrated with pertinent real estate files
• Complete information pertaining to final dispositions may be maintained, including: assignments date and names, redemptions and foreclosures

Tax Title Turnover

• Preparation and breakdown of tax title receipts with an automated link from the Treasurer's Tax Title module to the Treasurer's Receipt application Automated link to Treasurer's bank account and bank book

Tax Title Inquiry

• Parcel number driven inquiry with look-up windows

Laser-Generated Reporting Functions

• Multiple sorted general listing on user-defined ranges
• Periodic Activity report will create a summary of activity for a user-defined period of time; this will help balance with Financial Management System
• User-defined Letter of Foreclosure (Form 441)
