Legal Information

• Provides data file maintenance for reviewing and modifying the legal information on which the motor vehicle is based
• System can maintain more than 10 years of motor vehicle data

Commitment Preparation

• Accepts email transfer from Registry of Motor Vehicles 
• Produces commitment sheets (no forms needed - will print on plain laser paper) ready for transfer into Receivables Collection System, including all information received by the Registry (DoB, regisration info, value) 
• "Add-ons" may be added to Registry commitments or committed separately 

Audit Controls

• Provides reporting capabilities to establish a full audit trail including:  Commitment book, Master Control List, various edit listings for detailed transaction analysis 

Reporting Capabilities

• User-defined purge listing can be archived in multiple media formats
• User-defined capabilities such as: printer designation, number of report copies, print queue status and designation

Additional Features

• Interfaces with Receivables Collection Module 
• Abatements can be processed and automatically transferred to the Collector
• Abatements can be processed and printed "on-demand" while taxpayer is at the counter
