Exciting Product Manager Opportunity
We are looking for an outstanding Product Manager with a proven record to help launch a new nation-wide SaaS product from our mature and profitable Company.
We're building a highly scalable, secure, cloud-based application for the government and non-profit sectors. We have a brilliant team of developers, an extremely knowledgeable QA group and a host of implementation/support consultants, in addition to our sales personnel.
Our latest product needs a passionate leader to seek out and designate specific target markets, coordinate sales and marketing events and help direct the development of the product as we continue to outperform our competition.
The Basics:
You will be based out of our Pembroke, Massachusetts office surrounded by the development, QA and sales teams.
You will lead the development of our “Go-to-Market” strategy through extensive research. You will help develop new business relationships and partnerships and coordinate all marketing and promotional projects. Your interaction with our agile development team will help bridge the gap between user needs and product solutions.
Your educational and work experience:
- A bachelor of science degree
- A masters degree will be considered highly advantageous
- Five plus years of progressive experience in Product Management
- Three plus years of experience and excellence in presenting technology, internet or software application products to internal and external audiences
- A proven ability to quickly understand business problems and communicate those learning’s to a development team
- Proven experience launching a new product
What you must have:
- Exceptional writing skills to document learnings from the field and to build marketing material for use in the sales process
- An energetic passion for the product you are helping to build and sell
- An ability to communicate to a variety of different functional areas and personality types
