Accountant

Job Responsibilities include:

• Project Profit and Loss Statements
• Project Analysis
• Project Creation and Maintenance
• Annual contract maintenance and renewals for our clients
• Pricing and correspondence with client renewals
• Accounts Payable Invoice Entry
• Vendor Credit Memo research and application
• 3-way matching of invoices/purchase orders/receiving documents
• Receiving of PO’s and Fulfillment of Sales Orders
• Revenue recognition, along with deferred revenue
• Ad-hoc accounting analysis and reporting
• Minor miscellaneous back office duties
