WTI Systems has been a partner with Blackbaud FundWare® for over 20 years! We have performed hundreds of FundWare implementations and are the largest FundWare partner - Value Added Reseller in the United States. We are on the FundWare advisory board and have a team of certified FundWare consultants on staff that supports hundreds of FundWare clients throughout the United States. The majority of our professional training and support staff are Certified Public Accountants and/or hold graduate degrees. We have achieved our growth and success by taking a very customer centric approach.
How does our support structure work?
We assign a FundWare Account Manager to your account. This account manager is responsible for understanding your organizational requirements and how you utilize the FundWare software. If you have a questions or issue that needs to be addressed, you will call our 800 number. All of this information is contained in our in-house Customer Relationship Management Database.
How do we provide support?
The technology tools that we utilize in-house allow us to support our clients from coast to coast. We are headquartered in St. Louis, MO, but we are able to support clients from Jacksonville, FL to Spokane, WA. We have offices in St. Louis, MO, Springfield, IL, Chicago, IL and Boston, MA. We have the ability to connect via the web and see exactly what you see on your local workstation or connect directly to your server! Also, we will provide on-site assistance.
